I have recently switched to the New Outlook format and I'm trying to reestablish a 3 min delay on all emails I send.
The Rules tab does not allow for the same settings to be establish as available in classic format.
Is there a way to establish a delay in the new app?

fully agree. I don't see any sense to limit the delay delivery time less than 10 sec.
I support ! the feature is needed
Why they dont have such a simple and helpful aspect to the New Outlook I will never know.

That's the old layout...I used the above for old outlook and it was great and super easy. When I got moved to "New Outlook" those options are no longer there. New layout......and those options above are not available.
