I have recently switched to the New Outlook format and I'm trying to reestablish a 3 min delay on all emails I send.
The Rules tab does not allow for the same settings to be establish as available in classic format.
Is there a way to establish a delay in the new app?

that feature was included before. Now I don't see it available.
A year later, looks like the feature hasn't yet rolled out. This is at least my 3rd attempt to switch to new teams, reverting to "classic" since this feature is a deal breaker for me. Hope someday this catches up on the priority list for Microsoft developers.
Will this be included in the finished version of New Outlook"? It is critical to my workflow that this feature is included. Until then I will continue to use "Classic Outlook". But if that gets discontinued and the new one does not have this feature, I will have to find a 3rd party solution.
Is **"**Delay delivery of ALL emails" still not an option in the New Outlook? This is a fundamental and business critical feature which was highlighted as missing nearly a year ago. Without it I will not be upgrading any of our users to the new Outlook, regardless of how many other new features there are! Microsoft, please listen to your Admin users and fix this issue asap.
This delays the email but does not give you the option to not have the email send while its delayed. So... thank you but this doesnt help what people are looking for.
