New Outlook for Mac does not show emails older than 30 days

Hello,

I needed to find an email that I keen the date that was send to me. So I start scrolling down to my Inbox. To my surprise, I could not scroll further than 30 days.

What's up with that? Only 30 days of ?

Is there a way for the New Outlook to increase that limit of showing only 30 days of emails?

Unfortunately searching in Outlook (either new or old look), seems to be getting worse and worse. Several people in my company have complained that search does not return all emails that should appear and it happened to me several times. So it is not that I can rely on search anymore.

If such simple things cannot be available, I could not imagine if Outlook for Mac will ever get feature parity with the Windows version.

    dosent help me , it says search emails a) today b) this week, c) this month. there is not options of 6 months or older :s

    Unfortunately no solution yet.

    We are stuck to only be able to see emails up to 30 days.

    And Microsoft does not seem willing to get a fix for it.

    It is not the first time that Microsoft has pissed out of the jar. But this is truly sensational. The most disconcerting thing is that users ask precise questions and Microsoft responds with meaningless answers.

    My email solders then 30 days does not sync / download on outlook for Mac. I FOLLOWED your steps but nothing relevant is there. how to fix this.

    in the small outlook I have synced hotmail the same way I synced my office email but hotmail is working fine.
