New Outlook for Mac does not show emails older than 30 days

Hello,

I needed to find an email that I keen the date that was send to me. So I start scrolling down to my Inbox. To my surprise, I could not scroll further than 30 days.

What's up with that? Only 30 days of ?

Is there a way for the New Outlook to increase that limit of showing only 30 days of emails?

Unfortunately searching in Outlook (either new or old look), seems to be getting worse and worse. Several people in my company have complained that search does not return all emails that should appear and it happened to me several times. So it is not that I can rely on search anymore.

If such simple things cannot be available, I could not imagine if Outlook for Mac will ever get feature parity with the Windows version.

    I have just reverted to Legacy Outlook because not only could I not see emails in my Inbox that were older than 3 months, I couldn't see emails I'd stored in folders 'On my computer'! Now it has reverted, everything is available again. Really disappointed that after all this time the new version of the app still doesn't function correctly on a Mac, but relieved to be able to revert to legacy.

    Indeed. Top brass at Microsoft obviously didn't want to hear about it and deleted the feedback. Link doesn't work anymore.

    So based on lack of Microsoft response, it seems I basically need to direct users to use the browser version of outlook for anything older than 30 days?

    What's odd though is that I am using the new outlook on my mac and i'm able to see older emails without issue (albeit I have to click the lazy loader here and there to "display more messages", while I have clients that cannot.

    I also tried using the Mac OS mail app via exchange integration in the settings and that was also synchronizing more emails than the 30 day limitations mentioned in this thread. I was able to easily scroll back to 2015 for emails.

    Thanks. I just upgraded to Ventura without a problem doesn’t seem to make a difference as far as Outlook. I only have 322 items in my Inbox.
