Quick Steps New Outlook - no more shortcut options from 1 to 4

Hello everyone,

I am trying the new Outlook this week and noticed that the shortcut options CTRL + SHIFT + 1 to 4 are no longer available. The only options shown are from 5 to 9. This is not feasible for me since I use the ctrl + shift + 1 to 3 options to move emails using only one hand.

Does anyone know why Microsoft removed the other shortcut options or if this change is going to be permanent?

    I have the same complaint. I use Ctrl+shift+1-4 for several quick mail shortcuts. 5-9 is too much of a stretch to reach with one hand.

    I will also add to the request thread.

    Adding feedback here.. 1-4 are THE MOST IMPORTANT and necessary shortcuts to use. Please expedite the use of these through a feature request from the O365 community.

    FUlly agree. been using these shortcuts for years and years (so they are hardwired into my brain!) Im going back to the old outlook based soley on this, which is a shame, but until that changes my productivity will be awful and frustrated!

    glad so many people are rasing this. its a HUGE change and why?
