Hello everyone,
I am trying the new Outlook this week and noticed that the shortcut options CTRL + SHIFT + 1 to 4 are no longer available. The only options shown are from 5 to 9. This is not feasible for me since I use the ctrl + shift + 1 to 3 options to move emails using only one hand.
Does anyone know why Microsoft removed the other shortcut options or if this change is going to be permanent?

these shortcuts are key to productivity and email management and need to be restored!
Agree, this a deal breaker for me. I have tried new outlook several time over the last 2 years and it only last 2 minutes as this feature is still not available. It makes no sense.
Issue open for more than one year, with no solution.
Shameful.
FYI the new Outlook lasted just minutes on my computer, I switched back to the old for this specific reason.
"Old Outlook" (i.e., Outlook Classic 365) no longer has the CTRL + (1-) 4 shortcut, either! It is incredibly annoying!
This works, but as I already had things mapped from all keys 1-9, this just shifts the problem to insufficient hotkeys.... good workaround for those who only have a few hotkeys, though.
