Quick Steps New Outlook - no more shortcut options from 1 to 4

Hello everyone,

I am trying the new Outlook this week and noticed that the shortcut options CTRL + SHIFT + 1 to 4 are no longer available. The only options shown are from 5 to 9. This is not feasible for me since I use the ctrl + shift + 1 to 3 options to move emails using only one hand.

Does anyone know why Microsoft removed the other shortcut options or if this change is going to be permanent?

    Removing existing shortcuts was a terrible idea. Rules that some people previously used no longer exist and are forced to learn a new way which is creating folder archives to become mixed and disorganized. Like many things with the newest version of Outlook, this was a poor design choice and should be left up to users to decide before implementing something that changes peoples' and businesses daily process.

    Please add back CTRL SHIFT 1-4. This alone makes me want to go back to the old version! Why does it start at 5? What are the functions of 1-4?

    I have the same issue on version. I cannot find the first 4 shortcut. It seems they have been reversed by the system, but don't know why. pls fix it.
