Quick Steps New Outlook - no more shortcut options from 1 to 4

Hello everyone,

I am trying the new Outlook this week and noticed that the shortcut options CTRL + SHIFT + 1 to 4 are no longer available. The only options shown are from 5 to 9. This is not feasible for me since I use the ctrl + shift + 1 to 3 options to move emails using only one hand.

Does anyone know why Microsoft removed the other shortcut options or if this change is going to be permanent?

    this was 2 years ago and you still havent fixed this. Microsoft is about to force its user to only use the new outlook, when its on such poor state????

    not only I have to manually move all my delayed send messages, and manually customize everything one more time, but you cahnged every single shortcut, which absolutely makes 0 sense, and basic features such as quick steps are not even fully operational in June 2025? when can we expect a time line for these to be fixed.

    Even CTRL + SHIFT 6-9 aren't working for me in the new Outlook. Whenever I use one, the app crashes with a "Something Went Wrong" message and I have to restart the app.

    Agree 100%. Quick steps are only faster if you can do them with left hand while the right stays on the mouse.
