Outlook Calendar on Mac Sync Issues with Apple calendar app

I have been having issues with syncing events between my Outlook calendar on Mac and my Apple calendar application (on my MacBook Pro) for the last couple of months. Before then, the syncing worked like a charm.

I've had many calls with the Apple support team and they got it working every single time but it stops syncing again after a few hours or at most a day.

Do you have any tips on what I may need to do to resolve this issue from the Outlook side of things?

An interesting fact is that my iPhone and my Outlook calendars are syncing perfectly fine. It's just the connection between my MacBook Pro and Outlook that doesn't work

I would so very much appreciate your insights and guidance.

    the problem re-occurs in my calendar, I have been able to fix it with this command:

    launchctl stop com.apple.CalendarAgent

    launchctl start com.apple.CalendarAgent

    but this is only a temporary patch... would be helpful to have a decent fix

    the problem only occurs on my MacBook M1 and I guess only since a few weeks...

    I agree, it is an M1/M2 Apple chip issue, I have not seen it occur on Intel Based Macs.

    Restarting the Calendar Agent does work temporarily.

    No this is for all Mac chips. I have intel and it is also happeneing.

    I have this problem too. None of the solutions above work correctly. I agree with others that five months is more than enough for Microsoft and Apple find a solution.

    I was hoping against hope that Ventura’s release would result in a fix. No such luck!
