I have been having issues with syncing events between my Outlook calendar on Mac and my Apple calendar application (on my MacBook Pro) for the last couple of months. Before then, the syncing worked like a charm.
I've had many calls with the Apple support team and they got it working every single time but it stops syncing again after a few hours or at most a day.
Do you have any tips on what I may need to do to resolve this issue from the Outlook side of things?
An interesting fact is that my iPhone and my Outlook calendars are syncing perfectly fine. It's just the connection between my MacBook Pro and Outlook that doesn't work

Ahh, you are on Ventura, I guess exchangesyncd is something new in Ventura for the Calendar sync.
Try quitting that, see if that works.
Here is where I found it, thanks to TomixM for posting.
My mac (OS Monterey 12.6.3) calendar was not syncing with office 365 outlook calendar so I switched from new to legacy and back to new, seems to have fixed the issue for now.
Tried Everything when it came to calendar. Deleting the entire account, re-adding, etc but never thought to toggle mail on and off.
This fixed the issue! M1 pro on Ventura
Have been working through this for the last month. First solution was to delete and re-add the accounts as soon as the error was found. Just found it again, and before going through process above, restarted the Mac and calendar events are showing up in Outlook, iphone calendar, and Mac calendar as they should.
For now, restart seems to be the simplest workaround until a permanent fix/patch is released
Did you try quitting (or force quitting) either exchangesyncd in Ventura or CalendarAgent in earlier MacOS versions in the Activity Monitor? I don't think that a system restart should be necessary, although it does of course force these processes to restart.
