Outlook Calendar on Mac Sync Issues with Apple calendar app

I have been having issues with syncing events between my Outlook calendar on Mac and my Apple calendar application (on my MacBook Pro) for the last couple of months. Before then, the syncing worked like a charm.

I've had many calls with the Apple support team and they got it working every single time but it stops syncing again after a few hours or at most a day.

Do you have any tips on what I may need to do to resolve this issue from the Outlook side of things?

An interesting fact is that my iPhone and my Outlook calendars are syncing perfectly fine. It's just the connection between my MacBook Pro and Outlook that doesn't work

I would so very much appreciate your insights and guidance.

    Same problem. Extraordinarily frustrating. Google calendar does not have this problem; only Microsoft.

    I'm on Ventura 13.0.1 and Outlook 16.67 at this point and syncing with Calendar continues to work properly, FYI.

    I am having this issue as well. I am on Monteray 12.6 (the issue exists for me on my MacBook Pro and iMac). The only way I have gotten it to go away temporarily is to Quit my Apple Calendar App, go into Activity Monitor > Search for anything with "calendar" in it and force quit those actions. Then relaunch the calendar, and everything syncs up immediately. However, it does not stay in sync for long.

    Will try upgrading to Ventura today. I'm REALLY hoping this helps. Currently, my calendar invites don't always make it out to people, and if I change the date or time of an event, people don't always get the notification. It's truly a pain in the neck!

    I was able to get the sync to work today but not sure for how long? I went into settings/internet accounts and selected the exchange account. Then toggled Mail off and then back on. When it repopulated it was correct.... Not sure if this is going to work long term...

    I have M1 MacBook Air on Ventura 13.0.01 and have tried everything on this board... Apple support says that I need to work thru Microsoft Support....

    I have had the problem on the previous MacOS as well, but seemed to resolve if I re-booted often (like everyday, but this is one reason I don't use a PC...).

    Calendars sync perfectly on iOS and iPadOS and Outlook on the Mac....

    I gave the issue to my IT support and we shall see what they are able to come up with... Can't believe that this issue is still out there.
