Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar

I have been having issues with syncing events between my Outlook calendar on Mac and my Apple calendar application (on my MacBook Pro) for the last couple of months. Before then, the syncing worked like a charm.
I've had many calls with the Apple support team and they got it working every single time but it stops syncing again after a few hours or at most a day.
Do you have any tips on what I may need to do to resolve this issue from the Outlook side of things?
An interesting fact is that my iPhone and my Outlook calendars are syncing perfectly fine. It's just the connection between my MacBook Pro and Outlook that doesn't work
I would so very much appreciate your insights and guidance.
Thank you!

I just upgraded to MacOS Ventura. Prior to this, Calendar and Outlook would stop synching every couple of days. I could "fix" it by restarting my computer. Then a few days later, it would stop again. With Ventura, it doesn't synch at all, regardless of the steps I take. I have followed all the steps outlined in this thread, to no avail. I am thinking of switching to another calendar program - anyone have any ideas on what will work? iOS seems to work, so maybe a program that synchs with iOS will work?
I had this issue as well a few months ago, but it seems to be working consistently for me now. I'm not sure what fixed the issue, but I'm guessing updating to macOS 13.4 may have resolved it.
I had same problem.
same issue with intel processor.
