Outlook Calendar on Mac Sync Issues with Apple calendar app

I have been having issues with syncing events between my Outlook calendar on Mac and my Apple calendar application (on my MacBook Pro) for the last couple of months. Before then, the syncing worked like a charm.

I've had many calls with the Apple support team and they got it working every single time but it stops syncing again after a few hours or at most a day.

Do you have any tips on what I may need to do to resolve this issue from the Outlook side of things?

An interesting fact is that my iPhone and my Outlook calendars are syncing perfectly fine. It's just the connection between my MacBook Pro and Outlook that doesn't work

I would so very much appreciate your insights and guidance.

    There appears to be no Calendar Agent in Ventura, so this temproary fix no longer works. I have restarted mutliple times and Calendar in Ventura simply is broken now and does not synce with my Microsoft 365 account now. Totally broken.

    Please try the following.

    You should Force close the calendar process on your Mac computer using a terminal. To do that, open the terminal app and run the below-mentioned command (To open Terminal, Press Command + Space and Run below two command lines in a terminal and hit the return to run).

    launchctl stop com.apple.CalendarAgent

    launchctl start com.apple.CalendarAgent

    Copy the command line, paste it into the terminal window, and hit the return to run command on your macOS. 

    It worked for me. Please let me know if it worked for you.

    Thanks for all the suggestions. Really appreciate it. Have tried restarting six times today but still doesn't update. Running everything on the latest software - Ventura 13.0 and MS 365 is a subscription on auto-update, but synching is ... almost non-existent. Impossible to use when some things update, and others don't. Requires a forensic review to see what meetings are missing. No point using the calendar on iMac, but that's super awkward for video calls etc, with embedded connection details.

    PLEASE, PLEASE will someone from @Microsoft pick up this email and deliver a long-overdue fix? Or is it CEO email time?!?! :|
