Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
I am on a Macbook Air M1 running Monterey.

I have been having issues with syncing events between my Outlook calendar on Mac and my Apple calendar application (on my MacBook Pro) for the last couple of months. Before then, the syncing worked like a charm.
I've had many calls with the Apple support team and they got it working every single time but it stops syncing again after a few hours or at most a day.
Do you have any tips on what I may need to do to resolve this issue from the Outlook side of things?
An interesting fact is that my iPhone and my Outlook calendars are syncing perfectly fine. It's just the connection between my MacBook Pro and Outlook that doesn't work
I would so very much appreciate your insights and guidance.
Thank you!

For me the issue is on both a 2019 iMac and a 2022 Macbook Pro. Both are running Monterey. We are not cleared to upgrade work machines to Ventura yet. I have tried the solutions posted thus far but none works consistently.
Afraid problem was on iMac but has (so far) stayed resolved with removing and then reinstalling Outlook accounts once Ventura downloaded. See above for link BUT doesn’t seem to work for everyone!!??
I wanted to ask if everyone is having the issue on just laptops or desktops as well?
I am not seeing the issue on our iMacs so far, only on our MacBook Pro laptops, either, Intel or M1/M2.
Same here, the 'forced quit' on the CalendarAgent did the trick. Thank you !
