I have been having issues with syncing events between my Outlook calendar on Mac and my Apple calendar application (on my MacBook Pro) for the last couple of months. Before then, the syncing worked like a charm.
I've had many calls with the Apple support team and they got it working every single time but it stops syncing again after a few hours or at most a day.
Do you have any tips on what I may need to do to resolve this issue from the Outlook side of things?
An interesting fact is that my iPhone and my Outlook calendars are syncing perfectly fine. It's just the connection between my MacBook Pro and Outlook that doesn't work
I would so very much appreciate your insights and guidance.
Thank you!

This worked, but do I have to stay with the "old" version?
I think this issue may have been quietly fixed behind the scenes? I am using Monterey 12.6.1 and for last couple of weeks I have not had the issue. Maybe I am jinxing what has just been a random run of good luck, but I have a feeling something has been fixed.
Thank you everyone!
Well, unfortunately that answers the question that the sync stops randomly on all MacOS systems.
It also seems like IOS devices are not having the symptom.
I am running Ventura on an M2 MacBook Air. At this point Outlook and Mac Calendar seem fully synchronized. Fingers crossed.
