Outlook Calendar on Mac Sync Issues with Apple calendar app

I have been having issues with syncing events between my Outlook calendar on Mac and my Apple calendar application (on my MacBook Pro) for the last couple of months. Before then, the syncing worked like a charm.

I've had many calls with the Apple support team and they got it working every single time but it stops syncing again after a few hours or at most a day.

Do you have any tips on what I may need to do to resolve this issue from the Outlook side of things?

An interesting fact is that my iPhone and my Outlook calendars are syncing perfectly fine. It's just the connection between my MacBook Pro and Outlook that doesn't work

I would so very much appreciate your insights and guidance.

    The agent didn't work but follow the 'On MacOS Ventura: Remove Microsoft Exchange Account and Re-add' in the following link. I did this with multiple accounts and tested new meetings on iMac, which then showed up on other devices and vice versa.

    It works for now ... let's see how long that carries on for. Maybe it was a bug with the switch to VenturaOS - but I just know it works now. It shouldn't happen, though!!! Good luck everyone.

    No promises! I’m trying to tease out all the nuances, but my statements are accurate. At least my experience. Please confirm if you see any difference. And then we need to see if the issue is resolved long term.

    For those that don't know - you can go to software update on your Macbook and begin this download.

    I just tested creating new events in: Outlook and in Calendar and they both synced (to Calendar and Outlook respectively) immediately. Using Ventura 13.0 (public release) on an M2 MacBook Air.
