Hi all, today I got an error message when opening Ms. Outlook with the following error message (We cannot render a new actionable message right now. Please close an existing one in Microsoft Outlook and retry) As for what I have done =
*Update office version
*Re-install O365
but neither of those things solved the problem, really appreciate if anyone in this forum can give more advice.

I have a user that gets this message opening almost any email. I disabled "action Items" in her outlook add-ins after which she no longer got the error message. I will keep testing this with other users that are getting this error.

It does not say how to recognize an actionable message so it can be closed.
It does not say whether it is an important error.
There is no target for resolution.
Where did you find the action item as I couldn't in my outlook add-ins
and I could not find it in my one user who is having the problem as well
