Currently, my inbox is set to see the emails as a conversation. However, I can't see my replies on the same email. Every time, I reply an email, it shows a "you replied on xxx" and I have to look for the email on my "Sent Items" folder which takes me time. Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Same here. None of the fixes above have worked for me. I came from Outlook on a PC. Outlook for Mac really sucks. MSFT - do better.

Conversation Settings is not showinf "Show Replies and Forwarded Messages". However, there is option of "Show Messages from Other Folders" which also do not work in showing "Sent" items under conversation in Inbox.
Same here. I have tried every suggestion in this thread, and the "Show Replies and Forwarded Messages" isn't an option in my Outlook either. Really inconvenient. Actually, not even functional in terms of workflow.
This is not an option on the new outlook for windows. please advise or get it fixed. thanks
This is exactly what I am dealing with as well. No other options except to "group into conversations" or "show each message separately". Perhaps this is a setting from my employer? It is insanely frustrating as I can't see my replies unless I go searching for them in sent mail, and I too am not seeing other's replies to a thread of messages. If someone has solved this, please let me know! I basically can't stand using my Outlook email and am tempted to switch everything work related to a good ol' trusty Gmail account.
