Currently, my inbox is set to see the emails as a conversation. However, I can't see my replies on the same email. Every time, I reply an email, it shows a "you replied on xxx" and I have to look for the email on my "Sent Items" folder which takes me time. Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

In my case the "find related" is also not working anymore, so I am really lost.
This very important option was removed, why?!

Here I am in 2025 encountering the same issue after converting to Microsoft Outlook
for work from using every other email program on the planet.
To have to google how to fix this is just poor design. I couldn't find anything by right-clicking or a button nearby.
The "conversation" mode should be default not the other way around.
I have found a solution.
In my case the problem was that there was no local cache.
Once i enabled it the feature started working again, and the "find related" also came back to life.
Probably something in the update removes this option.
so you go to File -> Account Settings -> Account settings and then enable the option as shown below .
