How can I see my replies in the conversation?

To see your replies in the conversation, you can try the following steps:

1. Open Outlook for Windows.
2. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
3. Click on "Show as Conversations" in the "Messages" group.
4. Click on the "Conversation Settings" button.
5. Check the box next to "Show Replies and Forwarded Messages" and click "OK".

This should allow you to see your replies in the conversation thread without having to search for them in the "Sent Items" folder. Let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions.

I am using MS Outlook for Mac 'App' and there is NO option 4. let alone option 5. you speak of anywhere, on any list or drop-down... when I search in settings for keywords conversation settings nothing populates. This was singlehanded one of the best tools you had on the old Outlook just simply telling a user you had responded or forwarded the email and not only have you removed it you have made it impossible to figure out how to get it back without actually reverting to the old MS Outlook version. FIX THIS and get this simple tool back on each email, and it shouldn't need to be only as grouped conversations... this is so insanely frustrating for the simplest step/tool. how do I get this fixed?

Steps 4 and 5 does not seem to exist in the "New Outlook" either. How can I show conversations?
I don't know what version number I have since all UI standars are broken, but I have a checkbox for "New Outlook" on in my installed Windows app.

I encountered this same problem when switching to "New Outlook" and using conversations. I could not find any setting for this, but during my search I accidentally enabled a view that showed my replies in the conversation.

A little shocked at what I had just accomplished, I tried to reproduce the event in other conversations and eventually found that if I click the little arrow once to expand the conversation, I can click the arrow a second time to see my responses in the conversation.

The arrow works like this; If you click it once, it will either turn 90 degrees and points straight down or it turns 45 degrees points obliquely down to the right. When it turns 45 degrees only, this indicates that there are more replies in the conversation currently not being displayed (your replies) and you can click the arrow once more to show them. When the arrow points straight down, it means you are currently watching all replies in the conversation.
