Currently, my inbox is set to see the emails as a conversation. However, I can't see my replies on the same email. Every time, I reply an email, it shows a "you replied on xxx" and I have to look for the email on my "Sent Items" folder which takes me time. Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

By golly, you're right! Why they don't just always show up is a mystery. Instead of "grouped conversations", they're "grouped received emails" without the replies. A conversation is a 2-way exchange. It's aggravating to have to take an extra step to do something that should already be there, but at least I can! Thank you!!

No arrow without the grouped convos as I have found out since. But the grouped thing isn't bad really. Means I can see my whole conversation in one area
Where are the arrows? This is driving me nuts.
Also no hyperlink option?!?! What the heck is that?
