Currently, my inbox is set to see the emails as a conversation. However, I can't see my replies on the same email. Every time, I reply an email, it shows a "you replied on xxx" and I have to look for the email on my "Sent Items" folder which takes me time. Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

After setting the conversation choice to group them, I opened the preview tab under Conversions and checked shop previews. That allowed me to have access to prior msgs that I sent.

I have two versions of Outlook and neither one gives me the option for "Show Replies and Forwarded Messages".
One version is as follows:
Show as Conversations is checked.
My choices for 'Conversation Settings' are the following and all are checked.
Show Messages from Other Folders
Show Senders Above the Subject Line
Always Expand Selected Conversation
Use Classic Indented View
The second version of Outlook I believe is called a 'web version'. It doesn't have as many features but I find it easier to use. In this version when I click on 'View' and go to 'Conversations' I have only two choices:
Group Into Conversations (which I have checked)
Show Each Message Separately
To see your replies in the conversation, you can try the following steps:

I still have the issue in the web version of Outlook. It just shows that I sent a reply without showing the actual reply. However, in the 365 Outlook, the entire email thread can be accessed. I just prefer the web version to the other and if I have to see the entire conversation I fire up the 365 version. I've given up trying to get it back to the way it was.
after panicking on this thread and others, i realized that if you/users just 'reply all' to the item, the reply includes the group name so replies are saved in conversational mode. The core problem of 'what or if' someone replied to the message is mitigated.
