Currently, my inbox is set to see the emails as a conversation. However, I can't see my replies on the same email. Every time, I reply an email, it shows a "you replied on xxx" and I have to look for the email on my "Sent Items" folder which takes me time. Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

All I want is the little arrow to show in the reading pane on the left summary so I quickly know if I replied to people. I don't need the conversations grouped, I just need that little arrow! Help!
Yes, thank you, that worked--but my god, that's a moronically convoluted, buried, arcane way that MS has created just to be able to read an email string. Unfortunately, since this is company email, I can't bail on this foolishness and go to pretty much ANY other system. MS owns us.

I was having the same issue as some of you, the option "Show Replies and Forwarded Messages" is not there in the New Outlook.
What I've finally done was a "restart" of the conversation option by unchecking/checking "Show as Conversations" - now the replies and forwarded messages are back.
