Currently, my inbox is set to see the emails as a conversation. However, I can't see my replies on the same email. Every time, I reply an email, it shows a "you replied on xxx" and I have to look for the email on my "Sent Items" folder which takes me time. Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Here is something that worked for me:
In the Ribbon under the "View" tab I clicked on "View Settings"
From there it should take you to the "Layout" in settings, scroll down to the "Message organization" settings and select "Show email grouped by conversation". Then right below under the "Arrange the reading pane" section, select "Newest on top". This worked for me but I am also using the web version of outlook so not sure if this translates to the desktop version.
