I like the new look for new outlook, but the problem I am having is that you cannot use drag and drop feature. I don't want to download all the content because I deal with heavy amount of invoices. I hope this is great feedback for Microsoft and get raised attention and get quickly implemented. Hope to get a quick response and help. Thanks for the support!

That's the best articulated description of the issues.

The new outlook is just webmail built into an app. There are pros and cons but attachment handling is by far the worst part. Not being able to open attachments in the default app is obnoxious. Dragging and dropping being removed is a nightmare, at best. :(

Agree completely. Took away features used all day to replace with things not important.

I still have the same issue! Complete non-sense of an upgrade.

    Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.1011.100 (Production)

    Client Version is 20231013005.04 .

100%. there is a lot i love about the new outlook app (being able to pin emails is probably the most useful add), but the attachment handling is absolute hot garbage. overlooking this feature is the headscratcher of the century. developers detached from users much? come on.

They are devs, they dont deal with invoices, drawing, manual, etc so probably dont ever use the damn feature and assume no-one been using it. Same with google chrome's Click to call. I use it, on a low end, 10 times a day
