I like the new look for new outlook, but the problem I am having is that you cannot use drag and drop feature. I don't want to download all the content because I deal with heavy amount of invoices. I hope this is great feedback for Microsoft and get raised attention and get quickly implemented. Hope to get a quick response and help. Thanks for the support!

Been trying the new UI. If people have solutions, please let me know.

    • Can't drag-drop an email onto the Contact icon to add as a new contact.
    • With multiple calendars enabled no tab control to indicate which calendar you are working with.
    • Previous contact page much easier to edit contact info.
    • Limited ability to adjust delayed sending on emails. Previous version allowed you to create a rule for the Outbox. I used 2 minutes. New version only allows up to 10 seconds and emails are in the Drafts folder along with stored drafts, no Outbox.
    • Text formatting (font) doesn't always change all selected text.
    • Can't find a way to add Print to ribbon/QuickSteps.

What the hell were they thinking when they removed this feature... adds a bajillion more clicks to my day. C'mon Satya.

This is a HUGE problem and renders the new Outlook useless. To suggest drag and drop as a "new feature" is laughable. We've all come to depend on this feature and I can't fathom how someone made the decision to release this version without it.

It feels like Microsoft is trying to force us to use One Drive for EVERYTHING, meaning all of our content ends up in the cloud -- or the Downloads folder. What can the rationale for taking away this feature possibly be?

This is a deal-breaker for me using the new Outlook.

Couldn't agree more I've had to install an older desktop version of Outlook in addition to Microsoft 365 just for the file handling alone. Without it, receiving tons of attachments every day to maintain a corporate website, Outlook 365 is useless to me. Forcing me to use OneDrive? Please! Usability means giving your users the choice, not forcing.

Now I have the additional issue of Office licensing conflict somehow. It tells me that the 2019 Office Pro plus is not activated, and gives me a "Change Product Key" button, but when I try to enter a key, it does nothing. I'm in limbo. Why Microsoft, why do you make using your products an endless game of whack-a-mole? After 30 years+!
