I like the new look for new outlook, but the problem I am having is that you cannot use drag and drop feature. I don't want to download all the content because I deal with heavy amount of invoices. I hope this is great feedback for Microsoft and get raised attention and get quickly implemented. Hope to get a quick response and help. Thanks for the support!

This should not be considered a NEW Feature. Outlook had this all along. Now you need to Download it, go to the Download file and drag/copy it to where you want it.

Turning OFF new Outlook seems very odd as a fix

Can the Outlook team promptly get on this case and solve so that dragging and dropping ACTUALLY ADDS AN ATTACHMENT to the e-mail?

Instead of this useless "adding a link" or whatever it does that does NOT work for ANY RECIPIENT.

Any update on this? It's been almost a year now, and I am still having this same issue that was reported by so many others. Can we expect something to be done about it, or do I just need to keep using the old verision of Outlook?

Just found myself here b/c of the same issue. Why MS would think removing this feature would be a good idea is beyond me. Given that it's been a year I'm not optimistic that it'll return....
