Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
i wish this had worked for me.... :(

I like the new look for new outlook, but the problem I am having is that you cannot use drag and drop feature. I don't want to download all the content because I deal with heavy amount of invoices. I hope this is great feedback for Microsoft and get raised attention and get quickly implemented. Hope to get a quick response and help. Thanks for the support!

i wish this had worked for me.... :(
suddenly i am unable to drag and drop attachments from one email to another in classic Outlook as well, i tried closing out switching to new Outlook and switching back to classic and still isn't working.....this is really frustrating!!!!!! being able to drag and drop attachments is a basic need; i am unable to copy and paste as well...maybe something else is going on?
thank you. i will try it!
I solved it.
In Microsoft Edge go to Settings -> Privacy, search and services, here look for the Security tab and disable the Microsoft Defender SmartScreen item. I hope it helps.
Not completely. You can now drag and drop into file. But our employees like to drag and drop files into our application (browser). You can no longer drag from outlook into an application's drag and drop feature.
