I like the new look for new outlook, but the problem I am having is that you cannot use drag and drop feature. I don't want to download all the content because I deal with heavy amount of invoices. I hope this is great feedback for Microsoft and get raised attention and get quickly implemented. Hope to get a quick response and help. Thanks for the support!

1st time user today. Last task of the day is to uninstall new Outlook.

    +1

Not being able to drag and attachment or email to save into a folder is a major fail.

Considering this is geared towards business users I am not sure where the disconnect happened.

    This is extremely frustrating!
I have to manage hundreds of attachments daily. The lack of this functionality has caused me to revert back to the older Outlook desktop app.

My download folder is now basically unmanageable. I want to be able to drag files to the relevant file location not download and then move.

New systems are supposed to remove steps to make more efficient NOT add them.

Please give timeline for when this will be addressed.

Except that you can do this in Gmail. It makes it simple to drag attachments to your own desktop. Been doing it for years.
