Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I used the classic outlook and clicked "Display Settings" on the bottom bar and choose "Optimize for best appearance" and the drag and drop function works again.

I like the new look for new outlook, but the problem I am having is that you cannot use drag and drop feature. I don't want to download all the content because I deal with heavy amount of invoices. I hope this is great feedback for Microsoft and get raised attention and get quickly implemented. Hope to get a quick response and help. Thanks for the support!
