I like the new look for new outlook, but the problem I am having is that you cannot use drag and drop feature. I don't want to download all the content because I deal with heavy amount of invoices. I hope this is great feedback for Microsoft and get raised attention and get quickly implemented. Hope to get a quick response and help. Thanks for the support!

The app is so buggy that I can't even do what you suggested :(

I just asked the user to use the old version.

Hopefully, they will fix it until the new version is mandatory.

    Thank you @kbeown730!

Thank you Mea. As for me, I deal with severe anxiety and OCD like syptoms. EVERY change is difficult and it usually takes me 2 frustrating hours to get my computer back to the way it SHOULD be after every update. What I would appreciate is if new feaures were options that could be disabled if desired, but available for those that want them. New does not always mean better, which I believe is a problem with programming today. Programmers come up with a new way to do things and they just can't understand why everyone doesn't agree. They don't put a 'disable' or "opt-out' option because they just can't fathom why anyone wouldn't want what they just came up with. Years back I had a similar issue with a "new" feature where the answer I got from the developers was near literally: "Why would we allow you to disable something that is just better?". (Note: programmers deal with mental health issues also so I/we should cut them some slack also).

My old Outlook just disappeared this morning and I had to move to this program. Cannot locate any more; even our IT person couldn't do it. NEW OUTLOOK IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

As a person with a disability, these extra clicks mean Microsoft has gone backwards.

The extra steps are not helpful for people with a disability.

    It goes against the ADA.

Classic Outlook: Drag and drop on attachment from email - 1 step.

New Outlook: Click on attachment to open in new window, download attachment, find download location, drag and drop - 4 steps.

We can revert back to classic Outlook for now but later on, when New Outlook is forced upon us, what then?
