Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
How many people have to complain about this and request this feature before MS actually do something about it?

I like the new look for new outlook, but the problem I am having is that you cannot use drag and drop feature. I don't want to download all the content because I deal with heavy amount of invoices. I hope this is great feedback for Microsoft and get raised attention and get quickly implemented. Hope to get a quick response and help. Thanks for the support!

i have the same problem
Why are Microsoft so obtuse. Its not rocket science Just give us what we had before.
I'm commenting again a year later. It would be amazing if Microsoft fixed this. It's been 2 years since this was posted, and 190 people have asked for this to be fixed. We would all see amazing gains in productivity if we could drag email attachments to other products. Specifically, I need to drag email attachments to Sharepoint and the Planner on Office 365 in my browser. Please fix this. Thank you.
What in the world are the programmers doing???????????? Get the drag option and recent files dropdown back. Its ridiculous you do an update and its ten time worse!!!
I solved it.
In Microsoft Edge go to Settings -> Privacy, search and services, here look for the Security tab and disable the Microsoft Defender SmartScreen item. I hope it helps.
