I like to open unread emails in a new window vs the email window. It sometimes works by double clicking but not very often. Is there a trick I'm missing?

    Hi Ashraf,

I am trying out the new Outlook as of Feb 23rd, 2024. In the image that you provided in Customize actions. I do not see those options at all.

I want my emails or attachment to always open in a new window instead of it opening within the desktop or web application.

For example, I can double click on the email to open in a new window. However, any attachment like pdf files are opening within Outlook

Agreed. Does it work if the clicks are much faster? (Too fast really) I find it works sometimes but not others.

I find the double click works, but only if the clicks are lightening fast. Is there a way to reduce the sensitivity so i can take fractionally longer with the double click. I think this is what is causing everybody's issues.
