Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi,
Can you provide an update, because when I go to Setting, Email, Customize Actions - there is nothing like you show.

I like to open unread emails in a new window vs the email window. It sometimes works by double clicking but not very often. Is there a trick I'm missing?

Hi,

And to illustrate <removed - COC violation>, somebody has just sent me a list of suggested dates for a meeting. In the old Outlook, the one that worked properly, I would simply have dragged the email in its separate window to a separate screen while checking my Outlook calendar, or just Alt+Tabbed between them. Alas no more. Now I have to use the Snipping Tool to take an image of the email, and use this image to compare the dates with my calendar. What a shambles.
It looks like it. To arbitrarily and randomly restrict options to some users, while allowing them for others, just emphasises what a spectacular shambles Microsoft has made of what should have been a routine upgrade. How could they have got it so wrong?
I do not have this option under customize. Is this only available in certain versions?
Nope, download only
