How to remove old Outlook after switching to New Outlook

After changing to the New Outlook, my office apps still try to use old outlook application when I try to share a document (File - Share - Email). It opens old outlook but wont send. It just sets in Outbox. I assume some clean up is necessary to remove remanence of old Outlook?

2024-02-14T15:38:28+00:00 Windows 11, with Microsoft 365. Options are not the same. It asks to "REPAIR" which does who knows what.
The need to delete the old version is because iCloud will only sync with the old one.... Hoping to default to the new one.
This is one of the biggest pc headaches I've ever dealt with, and I had AIR JORDAN for Windows 3 that had 14 3.5" disks.

2023-12-23T23:02:30+00:00 This doesn't work for the Outlook that comes with Office 2021 Digital purchase. I'm using the NEW Outlook and would like to uninstall the Old Outlook Office component to recoup the disk space. Apparently, Microsoft did not take this option into account when it started messing around with everybody's systems! It arbitrarily decided to leave its garbage laying around on my HDD taking up space.
