Outlook "From" Button not working

So another update released and still not fixed. is there a workflow for this bug ?

I apologize for the delay. The fix was checked into build 16227.20202 but it got checked in after the first build of Version 2303

16227.20212. The fix will go out in the very next build of Version 2303. If nothing changes it will be Patch Tuesday 4/11/23. There is a slight chance it will go out sooner because another important fix also missed this first release also. This may cause the Outlook Team to do another interim release. You can monitor Update History to see if another build goes out before next Tuesday, Update history for Microsoft 365 Apps (listed by date) - Office release notes | Microsoft Learn.

Incidentally the fix is also not yet at the Beta Channel either. The fix went to Beta in build 16323.10000. The builds with that fix were rolled back because of a bad bug. It will be in the next build of Beta that goes out, Update History for Office Beta Channel - Office release notes | Microsoft Learn. That should be tomorrow as build 16403.20000. Beta is trickier though so if you try Beta check the link I shared for release status.

I'm having the same issue with one of our users who reported it on Friday. We reverted the version, but it updated again today. Will MS be fixing this?

To stop Outlook from updating click File, Office Account, Update Options, Disable Updates. Put a reminder on your calendar for 4/12/23 to do the same steps but re-enable updates. We expect the fix to be in the Patch Tuesday build 4/11/23 but it sometimes goes out slowly at first so I would check 4/12.23.
