Outlook for macOS: Dropping attachments (randomly)

Hello all,

For some reason, Outlook for Mac is dropping attachments and images in the emails I send. It's random, but it happens to me quite often. I managed to find out that this issue has historically occurred with other people using older versions. It seems that this bug has returned to Outlook for Mac.

I have the latest version 16.75.

macOS is also updated, i.e., macOS Ventura 13.4 (22F66).

I didn't have this problem before. It appeared about a month ago. In the meantime, a new version of macOS has been released and there have been several updates for Outlook, but the situation persists.

Attachment randomly disappears from the e-mail which I send with the attachments and pictures. It looks very unprofessional.

This is example how it looks when I add picture to the e-mail when the message is sent.

If I try it once again on the second attempt the attachments/pictures are sent without issues.

I need help, please.Any advice?

    Let us know what happens in about a day or so. I found as well that this works, strangely, but seems to stop working about 12 to 24 hours later.

    It's been almost 24 hours since i've tried the solution i've posted and it's still working.

    I've also restarted outlook several times and it keeps working so far. (I haven't tried restarting the mac completely.)

    Can you confirm that you have MS Outlook for Mac, version 16.76 (23081101)?

    Another issue that I thought was an anomaly, but I can reproduce it with MS Outlook for Mac version 16.76 (23081101).

    If you edit a reoccurring event on your calendar, and add/remove text to the body of the event, and save/send it, it doesn't save the text but it does send it. Essentially the attendees of the event get an update with no updates.

    Anyone else having this issue? Same steps with the "New Outlook" on Windows work fine.

    I have the Version 16.76.2 (23082700) and the bug still exists.
