UPDATE now only getting INFO @ email

I am getting 6-7 emails daily from infofeed. I have blocked the domain on everyone I received. This sender keeps changing the domain. How can I stop / block infofeed emails.

Examples:

infofeed@ some store

infofeed@ infofeed@MY UPDATE PART! I finally was able to block infofeed@ spam. Now I cannot block INFO@ emails. It is noon and have had 12 so far. None of the rules I set up before is working. I am now just deleting them.

No, sorry for the confusion. My Outlook rule runs against the Inbox, so it finds those messages where the header info has 'infofeed' or 'info@', and moves them directly into my Deleted Items folder, bypassing my Junk folder altogether. The part you could not read was an additional action I set up to forward the message 'as an attachment' (which is the only way I could get it to forward) to Microsoft's phishing email address [phish at office365 dot microsoft dot com.] I want to forward all of these to them so they can work on a solution. So this is now keeping my Junk folder clean, and I set the properties on my Deleted Items folder to display only the number of Unread messages so I can verify they are truly all junk. To do this, right-click on your Deleted Items folder, select Properties, and then Show Number of Unread Items. Hope this helps!

    So far, this new Outlook rule is working great! But again, I always check my unread emails in my Deleted items folder at the end of the day to make sure nothing important got moved in there. Ironically, I have only found one like that, and it was from Microsoft 😁 I am a Microsoft alumni and I was surprised to see that they use '******@microsoftalumni.com' as their email address. I've seen articles online that highly recommend you don't use ' info@' for a business email address because thst is so often associated with spam/phishing emails.

    So, what you do is forward the info email to yourself I hope to junk mail. Then you create a rule, but this is all I am able to read

    . “Forward it to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as an attachment

    and move it to the Deleted Items folder

    and stop processing more rules.”
