UPDATE now only getting INFO @ email

I am getting 6-7 emails daily from infofeed. I have blocked the domain on everyone I received. This sender keeps changing the domain. How can I stop / block infofeed emails.

Examples:

infofeed@ some store

infofeed@ infofeed@MY UPDATE PART! I finally was able to block infofeed@ spam. Now I cannot block INFO@ emails. It is noon and have had 12 so far. None of the rules I set up before is working. I am now just deleting them.

No, sorry for the confusion. My Outlook rule runs against the Inbox, so it finds those messages where the header info has 'infofeed' or 'info@', and moves them directly into my Deleted Items folder, bypassing my Junk folder altogether. The part you could not read was an additional action I set up to forward the message 'as an attachment' (which is the only way I could get it to forward) to Microsoft's phishing email address [phish at office365 dot microsoft dot com.] I want to forward all of these to them so they can work on a solution. So this is now keeping my Junk folder clean, and I set the properties on my Deleted Items folder to display only the number of Unread messages so I can verify they are truly all junk. To do this, right-click on your Deleted Items folder, select Properties, and then Show Number of Unread Items. Hope this helps!

    These infofeed / store emails redirect to a malware payload that aims to reverse shell your machine to give a remote hacker elevated privileges.

    These emails do not even contain the required by law "unsubscribe" link

    Time is precious and having to waste any of it on such a pointless task is unacceptable.

    Setting filters is a band aid approach what you should do is fill out a report at https://www.ic3.gov/Home/ComplaintChoice

    These infofeed / store emails are not ordinary spam they are criminal attempts to gain access to your device(s) via redirects to malicious payloads

    Something this major should be reported to news organizations to shame Microsoft into taking action.

    Update to my previous post I'm pleased to say that after running my rules yesterday which forward the offending emails to "reportphishing at apwg dot org" as attachment, I only had one single spam email from infofeed in my mailbox this morning. Fingers crossed this has stopped them and not just a temporary lull.

    I also started forwarding emails to that address this week. And I also only had one infofeed email this morning (versus the normal 20+). We'll see if it truly worked, or if the infofeed guy is simply taking a long weekend :-)
