"New" Outlook: Add Shared Mailbox to Favorites

Hi,

I manage 3 mailboxes at work and made the mistake of switching to the new Outlook a bit early [my toggle to switch back is gone?] and it's totally messed up my workflow. I was able to find my shared mailboxes after several back and forth with my IT department. Now I need to add the inboxes of those shared mailboxes to my "Favorites" list so I don't have to scroll down constantly to work those accounts.

When I right click on the shared inbox there is no option to "Show in favorites" and I get the circle crossed out when I try to drag them into favorites. Also, in the Favorites folder when I click "Add to Favorites" it brings up something wonky, and mailbox folders don't appear to be an option.

Can anyone tell me how show these shared account folders in my favorites?

Thanks

CM

Having a screwed-up system like this will delay our migration to Teams Voice. We love Teams Voice within the departments already using it, but if I can't have my shared mailboxes immediately visible (tagged as favorites, I can't attach the Call Queues. If I can 't attach the Call Queues, I can't implement Teams Voice for additional departments.

Dear Microsoft. Fess up. You messed up. We forgive you. Now fix the darn problem and let us all get back to work.

I tried new Outlook again now, and my Shared Mailbox appears in my Favorites..yay. However, I cannot remove it, the right click menu doesn't popup. As far as any other accounts, I can right click on Favorites and click Add to Favorites, and the list which pops up only shows, Inboxes, Deleted Items and Archive folders as options, I cannot add any other sub folders.

    1 step forward...1 step back...come on Microsoft.......
