Hi,
I manage 3 mailboxes at work and made the mistake of switching to the new Outlook a bit early [my toggle to switch back is gone?] and it's totally messed up my workflow. I was able to find my shared mailboxes after several back and forth with my IT department. Now I need to add the inboxes of those shared mailboxes to my "Favorites" list so I don't have to scroll down constantly to work those accounts.
When I right click on the shared inbox there is no option to "Show in favorites" and I get the circle crossed out when I try to drag them into favorites. Also, in the Favorites folder when I click "Add to Favorites" it brings up something wonky, and mailbox folders don't appear to be an option.
Can anyone tell me how show these shared account folders in my favorites?
Thanks
CM

They can switch back to OLD Outlook at this moment.
But once they can't switch, it will be HUGE prob.
It seems to be available on the refreshed Outlook for Mac.. The Mac version is like a totally different experience, feels completely different to the windows versions..
Many employees are reverting to the old Outlook desktop because of this. All of our employees manage multiple mailboxes and need to be able to instantly see when new emails come through by having it at the top of the pane. Without this visibility, the team keep missing emails because they have to scroll down to see if there is new mail. Being able to favourite mailboxes/folders is a must and we cannot use the new Outlook if this function is not fixed/added.
