Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Not sure why it would take so long to rollout to all users...I'm on the same version as you and don't see it.

Hi,
I manage 3 mailboxes at work and made the mistake of switching to the new Outlook a bit early [my toggle to switch back is gone?] and it's totally messed up my workflow. I was able to find my shared mailboxes after several back and forth with my IT department. Now I need to add the inboxes of those shared mailboxes to my "Favorites" list so I don't have to scroll down constantly to work those accounts.
When I right click on the shared inbox there is no option to "Show in favorites" and I get the circle crossed out when I try to drag them into favorites. Also, in the Favorites folder when I click "Add to Favorites" it brings up something wonky, and mailbox folders don't appear to be an option.
Can anyone tell me how show these shared account folders in my favorites?
Thanks
CM

Everyone in our organisation received the update today.
The roll out is still going.
Crossing my fingers, this is the single reason why most power users who manage multiple box's don't want to migrate to the new outlook.
on 20250214004.19 and don'T have it yet :(
See also duplicate thread Add folder from a shared mailbox to favorites - Microsoft Community where they point to Microsoft 365 admin center section Settings > Org settings > Tab 'Organization profile' > Release preferences. Here you can enable Targeted release for everyone or Targeted release for select users which might speed up deployment.
I've finally got it today (not sure on the exact rollout date but I checked today haha) and I'm on version 1.2025.219.40 (Production)
