Hi,
I manage 3 mailboxes at work and made the mistake of switching to the new Outlook a bit early [my toggle to switch back is gone?] and it's totally messed up my workflow. I was able to find my shared mailboxes after several back and forth with my IT department. Now I need to add the inboxes of those shared mailboxes to my "Favorites" list so I don't have to scroll down constantly to work those accounts.
When I right click on the shared inbox there is no option to "Show in favorites" and I get the circle crossed out when I try to drag them into favorites. Also, in the Favorites folder when I click "Add to Favorites" it brings up something wonky, and mailbox folders don't appear to be an option.
Can anyone tell me how show these shared account folders in my favorites?
Thanks
CM

Tom - Any chance you'd be able to share screen captures or describe the capability and how it works from a user perspective? Is it just a drag/drop into Favorites? A new menu item lights up? Etc..Thanks.
Bob
I'm also not seeing it on the Desktop app although I noticed it says "Targeted Release" so how do we opt into the update?
PS a screenshot to show us the new screen would be much appreciated :)
Tom - How did you add them to your favorites?
