Hi,
I manage 3 mailboxes at work and made the mistake of switching to the new Outlook a bit early [my toggle to switch back is gone?] and it's totally messed up my workflow. I was able to find my shared mailboxes after several back and forth with my IT department. Now I need to add the inboxes of those shared mailboxes to my "Favorites" list so I don't have to scroll down constantly to work those accounts.
When I right click on the shared inbox there is no option to "Show in favorites" and I get the circle crossed out when I try to drag them into favorites. Also, in the Favorites folder when I click "Add to Favorites" it brings up something wonky, and mailbox folders don't appear to be an option.
Can anyone tell me how show these shared account folders in my favorites?
Thanks
CM

This lack of functionality in the New Outlook was not thought through and is a total mess. Very disappointed. I also support several people and have noticed flaws in this release within the first 5 min of use. WTH?
Still not fixed as of Jul 7, 2024
is there any good news about this it is making me go crazy
I use Outlook mostly at work and I have around 6-7 shared mailboxes which I need to be able to access all at the same time. And scrolling down to see if theres any emails is just a waste of time. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!
