Hi,
I manage 3 mailboxes at work and made the mistake of switching to the new Outlook a bit early [my toggle to switch back is gone?] and it's totally messed up my workflow. I was able to find my shared mailboxes after several back and forth with my IT department. Now I need to add the inboxes of those shared mailboxes to my "Favorites" list so I don't have to scroll down constantly to work those accounts.
When I right click on the shared inbox there is no option to "Show in favorites" and I get the circle crossed out when I try to drag them into favorites. Also, in the Favorites folder when I click "Add to Favorites" it brings up something wonky, and mailbox folders don't appear to be an option.
Can anyone tell me how show these shared account folders in my favorites?
Thanks
CM

It is about the Shared with Me Mailboxes.
Oh damn, I thought this fix was all about the "Shared with me" mailboxes not being able to add to favourites?
Once again I am left disappointed with Microsoft, they break everything and take a ridiculously long time to fix them!!!!
