Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
I got a popup notice that my e-mail had possibly received fraudulent activity and that I needed to take action. I ignored it (intending to look into another day as I was busy) and then a couple days later with no further notice Microsoft did indeed close my e-mail to where I can no longer log into it. I have spent hours (days !!!) attempting to get access back and can't meet the requirements to do so because they want me to tell them my last 5 (most recent) e-mails and I cannot do it (from memory) Could you tell someone (accurately ) your last 5 e-mails/ Address and content? I have tons of receipt info,addresses, and contacts that I need to be able to access... this has been a real issue. Furthermore, there seems to be no real contact for help (believe me I've searched and asked) only prompts on the PC that go around in circles. One of the major problems is the phone # associated with my account is a landline that can't receive the codes they attempt to send. I went into the account and updated the info with a cell # but it doesn't seem to override the original info from when I first activated my first Microsoft account back in the 90's
