The new version of Outlook for Windows (Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.425.600 - Production) no longer allows me to open my old .pst archive files.

All documentation refers to a File menu that this version does not have at all.

The "save as" is still a glitch that has not been fixed by Edge. However, you can print to a pdf by selecting "Microsoft Print to PDF".

As workaround, we have started evaluating "Thunderbird" for Mails just for this reason.

We intend to trigger this organization wide, once there is no way for us to access pst(s) with MS Outlook.

Everyone here rightly pointed, that Outlook without PST is not an email client for us.
