The new version of Outlook for Windows (Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.425.600 - Production) no longer allows me to open my old .pst archive files.

All documentation refers to a File menu that this version does not have at all.

Apparently Microsoft isn't even aware or they have ulterior motives or they are just too stupid (perplexed) or they really don't care. This issue must be corrected. I find no referrals to this huge ERROR replacing my Outlook with a severely deprecated version that won't open my .PST files, not to mention other features which are less than my old Outlook. There must be some way of communicating with Microsoft and getting answers to these questions. But I can't find it !!!!!@!*&^%^

Since nobody realized that, and Microsoft haven't provided a FAQ, I need to answer this.

"Outlook" and "New Outlook" are different programs. One is part of Microsoft Office/365, and the other is the evolution of the Mail client for Windows 10. Therefore, New Outlook is not a drop-in replacement for the Office counterpart, as lacks support for PST, unlike it's Office counterpart.
