The new version of Outlook for Windows (Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.425.600 - Production) no longer allows me to open my old .pst archive files.
All documentation refers to a File menu that this version does not have at all.

Don't know if this helped but I pretty much fell over the original Outlook.exe file in programs (x86) and started using that again... and 'new' Outlook can go for a l-o-n-g walk... off a short pier!
I have been using my backup program (Veeam) to mount the PST files and parse out the messages. It is a pain, but for now is working. Not sure how long I will be able to keep this up, but we shall see.
Microsoft Support has gotten so bad lately I am thinking of leaving Windows and all their products and banning them from my business permanently much like we did with Adobe. No PST Support means Office 365 is removed and all our corporate accounts will be cancelled permanently.
They do know they are causing huge, detrimental, and sometimes costly, issues. Companies have over 10 years of emails that are legally required to be kept. History is huge. Any emails you want to keep have to be moved into the live Outlook folders. I believe they have done this to make TONS of money - if you need more space you will have to purchase it.
