Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Wondering if anyone has a good alternative to the new (worthless) Microsoft calendar.
The scrolling feature is very important to me.

The contacts is messed up as well. One can no longer search on the data in the notes secction. What a pain.
Since I have Apple devices as well, I am considering moving to them for the calendar/contacts. I've always been with Firefox for mail.
Not only can you not search by data in Notes but there are only 6 things to search on FN, LN, Company, Home City, Work City, Recently added.
AND if you search on Home City the return list shows the contact names BUT NOT THE HOME CITY.
Same with Company or Work City.
WHO IN GOD'S NAME DESIGNED THIS? CERTAINLY NOT SOMEONE WHO EVER USED IT!
Honestly I think that one of the main problems with Microsoft seems to be, that they only have small screens on laptops. That‘s why there were forced groupings in the Taskbar of Windows 11, the small history window in Edge, missing use of free window space in tons of programs and no need to scroll the calendar… Do they know that there are people out there with 28“ or even 32“ displays with 4K? Some might even have two of them? Real Workstations instead of 14“ laptops? Have they ever heard of a concept called Responsive Web Design? Do they understand that mobile first does not mean that everything has to fit on a mobile or small laptop screen? Question after question
Can't copy/paste calendar events into a different month. Have to duplicate, open the event, change the date. Again extra effort.
